In order to meet the different needs of our customers, free delivery services are offered throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories.
Upon submission of an order, our staff will contact customers within 2 business days to confirm orders and arrange delivery or installation related matters.
All orders will be completed within (14) working days after payment. In the case of delivery date change or information change, please contact the “Farmergotchi” customer service hotline at 2527-8822 within two business days.
If customers fail to receive the product on the arranged delivery date, customers are required to pay extra delivery fees.
1.Delivery area: temporarily confined to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Tung Chung. (Outlying Islands and Lantau Islands do not have delivery services for now)
2.Delivery arrangements: prior to delivery, we will contact customers through telephone to confirm delivery arrangements. On the day of delivery, our deliver staff will contact the customer.
3.Delivery restrictions: only one delivery address per order.
4.Additional costs: If there is no lift service at the delivery address, delivery staff reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Fees will be negotiated with the customer prior to delivery.
5.Storm arrangements: During black rainstorm, typhoon signal No. 8 or inclement weather, delivery services may be delayed or rescheduled. We will contact the customer to make other arrangements
