Warranty Policy

We provide advanced booking on-site maintenance service for FGC1 Premium Smartsoil system (excludes: seeds and other purchasable accessories ). Effective on the date of signed received product receipt.

 

Other Gardening devices:*One Time Exchange for the same item is allowed within 1 year after purchase (Same Model or Same Type of SmartSoil)*

Warranty Terms:
To protect our free services offered for FGC1 Premium Smartsoil system during the 1 year warranty period, the receipt number and personal details must be confirmed with our staff before arranging an appointment during the telephone booking for our maintenance services. Otherwise, we reserve the right to not provide maintenance services.

 

The warranty service does not include the following:

 

1) Human induced damages, corrosion, rust, cracks, burns, dents, damage, incomplete parts and other surface damages on the product.

 

2) Human induced accidents, neglect, improper input voltage, unauthorized repair or modification damages.

 

3) The warranty only includes the maintenance service of all hardware. All consumables such as seeds or other purchased hydroponic accessories are not included in the maintenance services. After replacement, any damaged parts will belong to the company. The Company will not be liable for any scratches or damages created during the maintenance service.

 

4) Maintenance service is only available in Hong Kong.

Service  hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Exclude Weekends and Public Holidays)
In the case of any disputes, the company has right to make the final decision.

Renewal of Maintenance for FGC1 Premium Smartsoil System

We provide a renewal of maintenance service for the FGC1 Premium Smartsoil system customers (excludes: The exchange of seeds and other purchasable accessories ):
Basic renewal maintenance fee: HKD 500 (1 time on-site repair service, repair items will be charged separately )  
The following repair items will be quoted seperately :
  • Wooden Shelf
  • Planting pipe 12 holes 32mm  
  • 12vLED lamp (white / red and blue)  
  • Timer  
  • Air pump 
  • Other parts such as electrical plug
